Your product is considered officially returned only after you receive notification confirming its acceptance for return.
Once you initiate a return, please allow up to one week for the product to reach our fulfillment center. Subsequently, our team will require up to two (2) business days for processing. The refund, upon approval, will be credited to your credit card within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days. The timing of the refund is contingent upon the condition of the returned product.
